Clubhouse Rental
Rancho San Miguel Swim Club members may rent our completely renovated clubhouse throughout the year. Rental fees are $150 for a one-time rental. Long-term rental of the clubhouse is also available for classes of all kinds. The clubhouse features include a spacious meeting area, private entrance, easy access to the pool facilities and tables, chairs and barbeques for use. The clubhouse is the perfect place to hold:
- Birthday Parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs
- Sports team parties
- Boy Scout or Girl Scout events
- Graduation parties
- Holiday parties
- Social events, Dances and more

Rental Rates*:
PICNIC TABLES (3 tables): $200 for 4 hours, includes an extra lifeguard
SNACK SHACK LAWN- $250 for 4 hours, includes an extra lifeguard
CLUBHOUSE - $300 a day for non swim events, or $250 for 4 hrs includes an extra lifeguard
*All rentals require additional 100$ cleaning deposit to be refunded after passing post-event inspection
