Invitationals
Like all meets, all Polar Bear swimmers are entered to swim unless they sign OUT by the deadline listed on the website with the exception of the Scottsdale Invitational or HOX Last Chance Meet, where swimmers sign IN and pay their own race entry fees.
Parents of ALL swimmers who attend an invitational meet will be assigned a job. This includes parents of 15-18 year old swimmers and key job holders (with a few exceptions). Invitational jobs are separate from your regular swim meet jobs and are typically shorter in length than for regular meets, most being a one to two hour commitment. Job sign ups are online and an email notification will be sent when job sign ups open. If you cannot work your job, you are responsible for finding a sub. No-shows for jobs and events will be charged swimmer entry fees + $50.
