After Time Trials, stay at the pool for awhile to celebrate the upcoming season with the coaches, your teammates and their families! Bring some snacks and your favorite beverages. The movie "Leo" will be played in the clubhouse for the swimmers while the parents socialize. |

Summer Kick Off Cinco De Mayo Party - All Family Orientation

Join us for our summer kick off party! Coach will speak to the team and the team board members will be there to answer any questions you have. We will have a taco truck to purchase burritos, tacos and quesadillas! The team will be providing beverages and pinatas! President of the Team and Coaches Introductions - 3:00 Taco Truck - 3:30-5:30 Pinatas and Crafts - 4:00 We can't wait to kick off the summer with our RSM family! |

2023 Contra Costa County Meet

This is a qualifying meet. See qualifying times on the "Records" tab on our website. Events are as follows. Trials are in the morning and the top 20 qualify for Finals in the afternoon. Freestyle Finals
Sunday August 6th, 9am start Warm ups are 7:15-8:30am for all swimmers and 8:30-8:50am for 8&Under only. Please follow instructions from meet officials and lifeguards during all warmup periods. There are no assigned lanes for teams during any warmup periods. County will follow 12&Under tech suit regulations like the other recent Invitational meets. All County swimmers and their families are invited for a special celebration dinner at RSM. There will be **NO SWIMMING** at this event so our swimmers can save their strength for the big weekend! Kindly RSVP by TBD (we will let you know shortly!). Pasta Dinner is $10 per each family member attending. |

Please drop off your County swimmer(s) by 10:15 am at Buttercup Diner and return by 11:00am to pick them up. The older swimmers, coaches and a few Polar Bear moms will be on site to help your younger swimmers. Kindly RSVP by TBD (we will let you know shortly!) Breakfast is $17.00 per swimmer (inclusive of tax and gratuity). ***Please RSVP and pay for your County swimmer only; we are not able to accommodate siblings at this event due to space restrictions. NOTE: County practice schedule for this date only is: 11&ups from 8:00-9:00am; 10&unders from 9:00-9:40am. |

Farewell Dinner & Team Awards

Let's celebrate this season's many victories at the Farewell & Awards Dinner on Sunday, July 30th at 6PM @ RSM Per tradition, dinner will be catered by Taqueria Los Gallos! Vegetarian option will be served. Swimming, slideshow, awards, and team spirit will be on repeat! Cost is $20/adult and $10/child (kids 5 yr and under free) Kindly buy tickets via the RSM Store by EOD Thursday, July 27th. **No money will be taken at the event. All families must pre-pay** The purchased ticket(s) is your RSVP for the event. Also, LAST chance to get your job credits! We need many hands on deck to help make this event a success as we're expecting over 350 people! Lafayette Swim Conference Last Chance Meet

NEW this year! Lafayette Swim Conference (LSC) is hosting a Last Chance Meet at Acalanes! This is not a team-sponsored swim meet but swimmers are welcome to sign up individually. Coaches do not plan to attend. Individuals must pre-register online via FastSwims.com - Swimmer splash fee is $10 and each swim entry is $7. Limited deck entries will be available for open lanes only. There are no restrictions on entry time, number of swims, or number of events.
