Meher School parking lot across from the pool is available for meet parking. There is no parking on Meek Place and Carolyn Court. Please be respectful of neighbors’ driveways and park legally where indicated. Set-Up: The deck space is limited. Visitor Setup Area is the deck space west of the baby pool, the entire turf area, and along the south side of the pool (shallow end). Heat Sheet

Please join your fellow swimmers and coaches for some miniature golf fun, Friday, June 30 from 12:30-2:15. The first hour will be time for golfing, followed by some time in the party zone with pop-a-shot basketball, corn hole, giant jenga, etc. Please make your $10 payment through the adjacent RSVP link. Hats and sunscreen are recommended for this outdoor location!
Fri Jun 30 2023	Swim-A-Thon It's that time of year again for our annual Swim-a-Thon! If you are new to the team, please don't feel overwhelmed, the Swim-a-Thon takes place during your child's regular swim practice on June 30th. There will be volunteers present to count your child's laps. This is a great event that helps to raise funds to keep our fees low and to help support our experienced coaching staff, as well as to support a local charitable organization. Prior to the Swim-a-Thon, please have your child collect donations and record them on the attached form. It would be great if you would turn in the form and the money on the day of (June 30th). Sat-Sun Jun 24-25 2023	Job Signup closed Meet Entry closed Walnut Creek All City Meet Clarke Memorial Pool at Heather Farm Park, 1750 Heather Drive Walnut Creek Start: 9:00 AM End: 4:00 PM (estimated) This is a two day meet with 10 competing recreational teams from the City of Walnut Creek. All City brings over 1,800 swimmers and their families together to participate in a community event where every athlete has a chance to contribute to the success of his or her team. Tue Jun 20 2023	Tie Dye T-shirts for All City RSM Pool Deck Start: 9:30 AM End: 12:00 PM Let’s show our RSM pride at All City by wearing blue & white tie dye! Tie dye kits including bags, rubber bands, and instructions will be distributed the day before, but you need to provide your own white shirt. Take these prep kits home with you on Monday after team photos, and prepare your own shirts to tie dye on Tuesday. We need parents and caregivers on deck to help, so please plan to help your kids through the process and to clean up. Depending on your practice time, plan to stay after or come before your practice time for some tie dye fun!
